Sustainability

At Julia Arwen Art we take sustainability very seriously! Almost all of our products are compostable or recyclable.

We strive to use natural (100% or mostly recycled if possible) brown Kraft paper since it can be composted or recycled! From envelopes to backing cards, business cards, and even tissue paper, we use Kraft paper for the majority of our paper needs.

Any plastic packaging included in your order is 100% compostable (at home!) and it is made of wood-cellulose-derived bioplastic. We order all our cellophane bags from Elevate Packaging.

Unfortunately, at this time, our sticker paper, vinyl (as well as the adhesive) and the sticker backing must be thrown away in the trash. We are currently exploring our options to find a sustainable supplier of recyclable and/or compostable sticker paper/vinyl, so please feel free to reach out if you are a business/supplier, or if you have any suggestions.
